  1. What areas do you Service?

    2. Best Delivery is located in Rancho Cucamonga CA , our primary service area is California and the Western States (CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, ID, NM) We are licensed to deliver anywhere in the US and can do so on an expedited basis.

  2. What types of Equipment do you operate?

    3. We have Tractors, Trailer-53 FT Dry Vans with air ride & E-Trak, Flat Bed Trailers, 24 -26 foot straight trucks (bobtails) all with lift gates, Cargo Vans, Pickup Trucks, and Passenger Cars. We also work with several local equipment rental firms and can usually rent specialty equipment quickly.

  3. What do you deliver?

    4. In short just about anything. We deliver documents, samples, bank deposits, pouches, medical specimens, boxes, freight on pallets, freight not on pallets, casework, cabinetry, etc.

  4. Do you use independent contractors?

    5. No, all of our drivers are employees. They are all in uniform as well.

  5. How do I know where my delivery is?

    6. We have our drivers call 2 way radio/cell phones that are GPS tracked so at all times, even when our office is closed we can see where a driver is.

  6. What are your hours?

    7. Our office is open from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, and we answer our phones 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We do not have an answering service a dispatcher answers the phone at all times.  We provide service 24 hrs a day.

  2. Do you handle small projects?

    3. Yes, if you just need to have a truck offloaded, or some freight held for awhile or just a one time job we can help.

    7. Yes, as a expedited carrier we get a lot of unique requirements, we  deliver to job sites with no fixed address yet, we can make arrangements to deliver just about anything. Call or email and ask.

  7. I am just starting to sell online can you help me?

    8. Yes, we offer warehouse services to small clients as well. We can help unload your container of products, inventory, store it and ship it to your customers allowing you to concentrate on selling and building your business.
